Under the pergola with climbing plants there is a lounge area with sofas, and a dining table for 8 people, perfect for outdoor meals with friends.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a lovely pool (12 x 8 m), open all year round, and equipped with parasols, deckchairs and sun loungers.

Villa Filippo is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower. Pets are allowed on request.
Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a welcoming open-space living area, furnished with sofas, armchairs, fireplace, and dining table for 8 people. Going down three steps you will find another sitting room with sofa, armchairs, and tv. The spacious kitchen with direct access to the pergola is fully equipped with: dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, and toaster. Lastly, next to the kitchen is a toilet.
First floor: On the upper level there are 2 double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower.
On the mezzanine floor (between the first and the second floor) you will find another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Second floor: The top floor hosts the last double bedroom with private balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower.
