Gute Lage, aber sehr viele Nachteile

Die Lage der Wohnung zum Strand war gut, aber die Nachteile überwogen. Aus allen Abflüssen kam ein ziemlicher Gestank, der laut Verwaltung normal ist bei Regenwetter, aber es stank auch ohne Regen. Um den Schlüssel zu erhalten, muss man in einen 6km entfernten Ort fahren, was für uns sehr umständlich war, weil wir ohne Auto reisten. Das Taxi hat dann 25 € gekostet. Es wurde sofort eine Kaution von 300.-€ von unserem Konto abgebucht, die wir frühestens 10 Tage nach Rückkehr zurück bekommmen. Wir mussten innerhalb von 24 Stunden sämtliche Mängel in der Wohnung fotografieren und melden, damit wir sie nachher nicht bezahlen müssen. Aus all diesen Gründen können wir die Wohnung leider nicht empfehlen.

Location sympa mais à améliorer

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement pendant 15 jours avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans au mois d'août. Pour les points positifs : logement propre, linge de lit et de salle de bain en quantité suffisante, disponibilité de l'agence et personnel très aimable, proximité avec la plage (environ 5 min à pieds) et douche pour se rincer à l'entrée du logement. En revanche nous avons relevé un certain nombre d'éléments négatifs qui nous ont fait défaut compte tenu du prix de la location. Tout d'abord, la deuxième terrasse présentée en photo n'est en réalité pas vraiment praticable (les fenêtres du voisin donnent sur cette terrasse, pas de parasol donc impossible de s'y installer la journée, elle reste néanmoins pratique pour stocker tous les affaires de plage). La deuxième terrasse est très exposée également et un store serait nécessaire pour pouvoir profiter et déjeuner dehors. Le clic clac du salon n'est vraiment pas en bon état et devrait être remplacé. Enfin le logement est fourni avec le strict minimum que ce soit en termes de vaisselle ou d'équipements. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la cafetière de tout le séjour par exemple. Pas un produit nettoyant, ni condiments de base par exemple pour la cuisine. Enfin salle de bain assez vétuste avec des équipements qui devraient également être changés (compte tenue encore une fois du prix de la location) et des photos de l'annonce qui laissent à penser que c'est neuf.
