In a quiet location just outside the beautiful town of Caminha lies this beautiful villa with great views over the wooded slopes.
The spacious villa is tastefully and elegantly furnished and meets the highest standards. The accommodation is spacious and there is an open and airy atmosphere in the villa. The furniture is carefully chosen, for both comfort and harmony. The living room overlooks a beautiful, covered terrace for outdoor dining. Take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool and enjoy the views from the terrace with a cool drink of your choice.
Although the building is located on the countryside, the most appropriate facilities are close. The local shop in the village is 1 km away. Caminha, a small and beautiful town with beautiful 15th and 16th century buildings is located about 4 km away. Day trip options from Caminha to Spain are very doable as well. A ferry connects the two banks of the River Minho. The sandy beaches of Moledo Vila Praia de Âncora and Afife are easily accessible by car, but you can also travel by train from the train station in Caminha. At a short distance are various sporting activities available including horse riding, rafting and canoeing. An excellent 18-hole golf course is nestled in the hills just outside the Roman town of Ponte de Lima, about 40 minutes drive.

The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area with sofas and cable television, creating a perfect spot for relaxation. A dining area accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining.
Large patio doors open onto a covered terrace, leading directly to the private swimming pool and offering beautiful views of the surrounding area and of the private garden.
The villa comprises three double bedrooms: two feature en-suite shower rooms, while the master suite includes a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

d) Guests whose stay is motivated by eviction situations or situations that imply eviction in similar situations, duly proven;
