Fire alarm situation couldn’t be helped but the staff could have been much more informative. Someone could have kept us up to date during a long very cold wait. Also, there never seemed to be anyone at the front desk. They would only come out if they saw you on camera and it could take awhile.

First room we had a person made a complaint because I came WTH my 2 year old making noise and being loud plus there was a stink bug in the room window curtains second room we had a bee inside the room by the window Pool was closed by the time we left they said it was open but wasn’t heated it was cold Breakfast was not that great we had potatoes hard coffee was a 1 out of ten we couldn’t get the stuff inside fridge cold quick it took a while to get cold

Business trip review

I was at the hotel for a business trip. The hotel was very clean, the clerk at the check in was very friendly and courteous. The room very clean. The only problem we had was other guests in the hotel was running around and being loud late into the night.
