food poisoning at one of the restaurants..confirmed by Doctor and stated in medication prescription. condition of property: Very outdated, very small rooms. Preferred option: SCAM…water treatment plant in hotel not working very well, one night,sewer smell in the property and next morning poop floating by the beach.. many people noticed this and is in social media..At speciality restaurants: waiter rushing for order, instead relaxing we were stressed

The ocean is PERFECT.. The color the sand it’s pitch perfect. The food was top-notch easy accessible to all the restaurants and the app made it very easy to navigate through the hotel.

The beach water was very shallow because the hotel is in a bay. The restaurant staff wasn't very friendly and the "preferred" side of the beach had too many empty chairs as compared to the standard guest side. Finally there were a lot of rolling hazards throughout the property.

The property was very dated and could use a significant overhaul. The rooms are so old they have decor form 1950. At the main pool, most of the tiles were missing and are coming out daily. When you checked in, you are immediately pushed to look at timeshares in exchange for discounts at the hotel. There is limited seating at the beach it wasn’t until I paid the $65 per day cost for the preferred section that we were able to get some chairs. Some of the staff were very friendly while others were only friendly to guests from Mexico Thw food was mediocre at best except for the daily barbecue. That was incredible. The beach was beautiful and the entertainment at nice was enjoyable.

Property was nice. Very clean rooms and food was ok. Fruit needs to be more appealing and ethnic! Why do you have foreign fruits like watermelon, apples, melon and Cantaloupe? I wanted fresh Mexican fruit to try, just seems stupid to have American fruits. Breakfast needs to be more diverse as well, tired of the pancake , waffle and muffins.

Our couple stay

Things were falling apart and not fixed, for example pool was missing a lot of tiles. Food was actually very good in each restaurant. The only issue with the food was the limited time to eat. I would assume that I could eat when I wanted to. The alcohol selection was poor. I am trying to do low carbs and basically only drink beer. I was looking for a beer that tastes good like Busch light or Ultra and low in carbs but they had none. The staff for the most part was absolutely amazing. Always cleaning and taking care of the guests. The events were fun, some much better than others, but understandable when trying to please so many different types of people. The worst part was that when we arrived we were told that we qualified for a free upgrade. We did not need this but we said sure and thanks, however when we checked out we were charged an additional $500. Total scam and I have told everyone not to go to this resort due to this scam.

Absolutely Beautiful Beach! The water was warm! Great location with a mall across the street if you want to shop. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful beach and ocean to swim in!!
