I enjoy my stay there. I went with my kids 6 and 4 years old and the had a great time at the kids club and the beach, the beach is great for kids and clear water. my room was very good, nice view, clean and confy. bathroom was full equip with all the supplies and products I needed. Food was good but not excellent. the buffet was great for breakfast. burgers at the pool were excellent too. a few options for lunch (not many) for dinner you have to get to the restaurant right when they open or they will tell you that there is 2 or 3 hours wait. they always suggest you to go to the buffet. there is something behind this, they take reservations for the VIP on the hotel. so they reserved the tables for them and of course its not enough for everyone staying in the resort. Drinks were ok. few shows at night time but they ended early. Staff was SUPER COOL, extremely nice. I had a great time overall. It just pissed me off that we were at Gaucho rest for one hour and 30 minutes and we saw how the hostess told everyone but the VIP that the wait time was 2 hours, but inside the rest was almost empty. staff is very competent to help you find chair at the beach they also serve at the beach.

We visited this past weekend. The renovations on the restaurants are elegant and the service and food was great. We found the location in reference to the beach to be perfect as the water was crystal clear, shallow and very safe for families as it is on a protected bay...the other hotels we saw had rough waters and lots of seaweed, so we were really impressed with this beach. Very nice facilities. We were there approximately 5 years ago, so you can see minor wear and tear. Overall the facilities are very accommodating. The staff is amazing. The beach is the best in the area if you are a beach person! Food is average. Drinks are great. Highly recommend.

2nd time here I love the beach. I been many times to Cancun nothing beats dream sands beach.. The water is so clear and beautiful. Shopping, restaurants and bars are close the hotel.

Sweet staff, very helpful, and property conveniently located to stores and night life. My only complaints were that the first room we received the a/c wasn’t working, but they did move us to another room, then the next room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, then they made me go put on a shirt for the outdoor restaurant by the pool because my skirt wasn’t enough as a coverup. It didn’t make sense to me since the restaurant is literally outdoors and right next to the pool. I feel that my skirt should of been sufficient because it was covering my lady parts. The food was ok. I was disappointed because being that we’re in Mexico I thought the food would be more authentic. Their chilaquiles were just hard nacho chips with salsa and not actually cooked.

Property was beautiful! I enjoyed my stay for 3 nights, 4 days. Many dining options, Efrain the hibachi chef from the pan-asian restaurant, 10/10 ambiance, he was great and very personable. We went a couple years ago I really enjoyed it .this time The property didn't seem to be take care of and staff was not friendly. We upgraded to you premiere, and I don't believe it was worth it. The bartender did not act like they wanted to serve you. The staff just did not seem friendly. They also wanted to charge too see some shows. I don't think with the upgrade that was right. It’s was a great beach and food and drinks were amazing. Our only complaints were initially our room temperature wouldn’t come off of 85 degrees Fahrenheit but the hotel resolved it. Next was a disappointment about the preferred club differences from other Dreams resorts was kids on the preferred side. We considered that a benefit. Don’t get us wrong we love Kids, but when we get away without our kids we like a more laid back trip and not being splashed in the face or drinks. Overall we enjoyed this property, but not sure we will return.
