Cancúnissa loma-asunnot huoneisto, Cancun 'Karibian kruununjalokivi'! Turmeltumattomat valkoiset hiekkarannat, kristallinkirkas vesisiniset meret! Suunnitteletpa ensimmäistä matkaa tai paluumatkaa, tämä merinäköala 2Bd-kaupunkitalohuoneisto, joka sijaitsee Cancunin "hotellivyöhykkeen" sydämessä, voi olla juuri etsimäsi!
Täydellinen vastaus unelma lomaasi Cancunissa riippumatta siitä, minkä kokoinen puolue olet. Huoneistossa on marmorilattiat, keskusilma, silitysrauta ja -lauta, kattotuuletin, pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet sekä 2 kaapelitelevisiota, joissa on sekä englantilaisia että espanjalaisia elokuvia ja uutiskanavia. Kaikki mitä tarvitset kotisi poissa kotoa!
Palvelut: Huoneisto sijaitsee Villas Marlinissa, yksityisomistuksessa olevalla kiinteistöllä, jolla on pääsy omistajille ja vain omistajien vieraille! Kompleksissa on 3 uima-allasaluetta, joissa on runsaasti nojatuoleja, uima-allasbaari, 24 tunnin vartiointi, tenniskenttä, yksityinen pysäköintialue kadulla, minimarkkinat, leveät valkoiset hiekkarannat ja lempeä surffailuturvallinen uima-allas. Langaton Internet-yhteys sisältyy hintaan.

Upea sijainti!: Aivan Villas Marlinin edessä on Plaza Kukulkan, Cancunin suurin sisäkeskus ja vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä bulevardista on La Isla Mall, joka on ulkoilmaostoskeskus Cancúnissa. Suurin osa saarten tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä on vain muutaman minuutin päässä bussilla, taksilla tai autolla. Se ei voisi olla helpompaa!
Alue: Villas Marlin, jolla on kolme valtameren äärellä sijaitsevaa uima-allasta, sijaitsee kätevästi rannalla aivan Cancunin 'hotellivyöhykkeen' sydämessä lähellä kaikkia alueen tärkeimpiä nähtävyyksiä. This is a safe well kept property. The kitchen is very well stocked in cookware and utensils. Pleanty of hot water. The beds are comfortable. Super views from the balcony. The pool areas are great. Very close to groceries and restaurants. Our host was very responsive at all times. Overall, a great stay.

Jackie is an excellent host!!! The location is outstanding-the view you don’t get to see the beach but you see the ocean and enjoy the sunrise every morning while listening to the waves. The beach is so close!!! Just down the outside “hallway”, down the stairs. Love, love the location!! Across the street behind the condo is a full grocery store, perfect for keeping the cost under control.

Jacky was excellent with responding to my questions, addressing and fixing a couple of issues immediately. It was great the condo is non-smoking, but unfortunately the neighbouring condos repeatedly had people smoking on the balconies (which is not allowed), with their disgusting smoke flowing into my unit, which eliminated being able to use my balcony or leave doors open to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The security for accessing the beach & property was great. The beach & water is exceptional & very clean. The area does not have much for food options other than pricey ones. The complex had numerous upgrades happening & is looking good. There needs to be signage & enforcement for the adult pool. Some guest had their kids in the adult pool & allowed them to constantly holler/cry. The grocery store across the street was a bonus, but Kulkana Plaza only has a few other stores open, with it being about 80% empty.

First family visit to the Villa!

Our visit to Villa Marlin was for 12 days in April. Lots of sun but very windy. It eventually eased towards the end of our trip. Our unit was very clean and the view was fantastic, as was the central location. We found it very secure, safe and quiet. We were close to 3 shallow kids pools and a few steps to a larger deeper cooler pool for adults. There was no handrail in the main washroom shower. Overall we would recommend this 2 bedroom condo. Thank you Jacky for your help.

Good price for the location

Difficulty with hot water initially. Air conditioner had no temperature control. Upstairs never cooled down. Great location right on the beach. The pool area was nice. Great maid service. Nice to have drinking water. It would be nice to have more beach towels because they didn’t dry overnight.

I have stayed at this property a few times during the past couple of years. The host is very accommodating and reachable. Check in and check out is smooth.Property is secure and in a great location close to shops and many restaurants. I can’t wait till my next visit!!

Great location

the picture was misleading, it looked like our condo was right on the beach as pictured. The condos are in rows, our condo was in the third row back and we had an upstairs balcony that we could see a long roof and the ocean but no beach. We didn't spend a lot of time on the balcony, it was nice to sit out and have coffee in the morning. Communication with property owner was excellent, they worked very hard to accommodate all of our needs. Location was in a good area with lots of restaurants and we felt safe. You can purchase groceries, pesos & catch a bus at mall across the street. The pools were nice and if you get there early, you can get a beach chair. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo itself, Mostly by the pool. Isla mall is about half a mile from the condos. We spent a day there lots of good food and shops. I would definitely stay in these condos again, but would want an ocean view. Would buy food and cook instead of going out, we were only there for 4 days so didn't feel like it was necessary too buy food for that at short of time.. the instructions on getting to the condo were not good, the taxi driver missed it the first time around. When we got to the gate of Villa Marlin, there was no directions on how to find to our condo . We found a nice young man outside that helped us otherwise we would not have found it. Location of the condo was the biggest issue... otherwise a good location. We also were able to take an uber to airport on our departure.

Family Trip 2024

Over all, the experience was good. The AC was not working the first night, however, I reached out to Jacky, and it was fixed. We did have issues with dealing with shower as it was instructed to only use the hot water. It was difficult to balance temperature. The interior could use an upgrade. The location was excellent though and beach areas was beautiful. Property close walk to the beach.

Fantastic, relaxing location

We brought our kids to Mexico for the first time as a graduation gift before they head off to college. This location exceeded our extensions in every way. Outside of all the hustle of downtown, yet still just a short ten minute bus ride to the nightlife/shopping. Conveniently located from a grocery store across the street and several great restaurants within walking distance. The pool and beach were never too crowded offering plenty of spaces to sit and relax. Free beach chairs were provided by the property. Unique layout with 1.5 baths downstairs, two queen size beds and bedroom, kitchen, living room and balcony upstairs. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every night/morning listening to the waves. The host was very responsive and answered all questions about the area in a timely manner. We were pleasantly surprised by the strong water pressure and hot water for showers. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and came several times during our stay. Everything you need for a perfect vacation!! We hope to come back in the near future!! Thank you for a great week!!!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our first impression wasn't great. The housekeeper let us in and immediately said we owe her money. We hadn't even set our bags down yet. It was a little off putting. Another thing to be aware of is that there is absolutely zero spices (not even salt and pepper) in the kitchen. We're used to VRBO's that have a fairly decently stocked kitchen with the condiments and spices left by previous guests. I'm guessing is the housekeeper takes anything left behind. So just be aware if you plan on doing and of your own cooking, you'll need to buy everything. Including paper towel and coffee filters.

Excellent Experience

Wonderful overall experience. The location is great, right next to a mall that has a full grocery store and a few food places. It’s also about 1/2 mile from la Isla shopping complex, with so many food and shopping options. The beach was awesome and just steps from the condo. The pools were all nice and not crowded. The property complex is a little dated, but the condo was very clean and perfect for our needs. The pool areas and bathrooms are also kept clean. The owner is great. She is very accommodating and quick to respond. We would stay there again and recommend the condo to our friends.

Beautiful spot!!

We loved our stay. The view from the balcony is amazing even though we were 3 buildings back from the ocean you feel like you’re right at the ocean. It takes about 45 seconds to walk to the pool which is directly beside the beach. Our hostess was very responsive with any questions we had. The villa was very cute. The bed was a bit hard for me but I also slept very well so it was fine. The security by the pool is very strict which can be a little bit annoying but on the other hand it made it very relaxing. Most of the rules just made a lot of sense so I was happy they were being enforced. The location was fantastic and there was a restaurant across the street called Burger that was one of the best restaurants we went to all week. The bus comes every 2 minutes which takes you downtown for $1. There’s a great mall and grocery store across the street. There’s also a beautiful hospital by the villa so when my husband got an ear ache we went over and he was in and out with a prescription in 30m. I would definitely stay here again. Our whole group loved it and they all agreed it was better than being at an all inclusive. None of us got sick, we all felt wonderful all week and we didn’t spend time in buffet lines or getting up at 7am to try to get a couple chairs by the pool. It was the best vacation we’ve had in a long time.
