All in all our trip was fantastic! The room was beautiful with a beautiful view, and we did not upgrade. The food was very good, and the entertainment staff was fantastic! Santos, Christian, Cash, and Leon, were very much fun each day. Jazmin, our pool server, was fantastic! Edgar at the buffet was a fantastic server! Check in, however, was not very nice. They need more people at the front and they should check you in as you walk in. Having a seat to wait to be called to check in was inconvenient when you wanted to get to the pool or to the beach asap. Making the reservations with the concierge seem very inconvenient. It might’ve been easier if pagers were offered, and it was a first come first serve situation. All in all, we had a blast!

This is a large complex amongst other large complexes. If you like that this is for you. Room good. Staff friendly. Food good but boring. Beach deep sand difficult to walk in
