BEWARE!!!! Read all the fine print before using Expedia! They have no support and blame any issues on the place you booked with. If your flight gets canceled and you book through Expedia, you are last on the Airlines list of priorities. Even if you booked first class. Look for another’s before using Expedia!!!

Great staff very friendly and helpful, due to a later flight they offered us a later check out (they didn’t have to do that). Pool was nice. Breakfast was just ok. Airport shuttle was very convenient and our driver Miguel was great.

We made a last minute booking and were stuck at the hotel for three days due to the bizzard in the northeast that messed up our travel plans. The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes drive to the airport with free shuttle service. Hotel is very clean, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and the food is really good. There is a restaurant and they serve buffet dinner or you can order from the menu, and we like it. Overall a very nice experience.

Beautiful hotel only 4 months old, great room and breakfast. If you want to get the free shuttle from the airport, pre book by contacting the hotel beforehand. It is important to give them a phone number so the driver can call you if needed. We waited a very long time since our phone hadn’t got a SIM card for Mexico. In the end we managed to call the hotel then the shuttle arrived in 10minutes.
