We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly courteous—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh, flavorful options at every meal. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were all so kind and helpful. They always had activities going on and the drinks were on point. At the time of our visit they were still under construction so the spa was on the second floor out of guest rooms. The spa service it’s self was lovely but I do love when spas have saunas, whorl pools etc. along with the service. You have to take a shuttle over to the beach but the beach club is stunning. They did a great job with the decor and service.

Recently stayed at the Hyatt vivid Cancun to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. It was an amazing time with endless dining options and superior cleanliness. Our favorite restaurant was the Japanese restaurant which we chose to dine at twice during our seven days stay. The Mexican night was a significant hit with endless options for food. The nighttime entertainment and midnight DJ was also a hit with our group and the staff were always greeting us with a smile. I absolutely recommend a stay at the Hyatt vivid Cancun and cannot wait to return. One thing I would change would be the music options that they play around the main pool as it often seemed very serene and almost spa-like the entire time. It would be nice to hear atleast top 40 music at some points throughout the day
