Beautiful resort, no beach access. Shuttle provided every 20 minutes to a private beachfront with pool area and food/beverages. No night clubs, but DJ every night at the Bloom Bar. Fun atmosphere, top shelf alcohol, restaurants had amazing chefs that cooked delicious food. Highly recommended for couples!

This was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was so hospitable and quick with the service! The food and the drinks (both mocktails and cocktails) were delicious! Everything is so convenient using the app including reservations, activities, and housekeeping. Best stay ever!

Hyatt Vivid review Irene and Victor did my check in for vantage club they were absolutely amazing, addressed all of my needs made sure I had everything I needed and were just great Overall for check-in and check out. At the rooftop pool the waiters Mario and Jesus were absolutely great. I never had to ask for a new drink they kept them coming. They made sure we had everything we needed , they constantly made sure we have food available, water available and any amenity I asked for they made it happen. Kudos to Jesus and Mario. At the beach club I will say Eduardo was magnificent along with the entire beach and wait staff. I wasn’t able to get everyone’s name but everyone went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. For dinner I went to Mediterranean, Italian, French, Japanese, every thing we that we had was great the food was amazing I have nothing bad to say about it. Overall this was a great experience a great trip and I would definitely come back. The adult only vibe was everything I wanted to be.

The staff was awesome!! Caesar & Sofia with the activities, Carlos at the beach club, Guillarmo at the Japanese restaurant - i could go on! All the meals were great. No complaints!
