It all seemed great on-site and we had a nice time, but I realized I had small red spots on my skin on our final day. I saw my doctor the day I returned home to be checked out and was diagnosed with BEDBUG BITES!! I messaged the property to tell them and they have ignored me. I am disgusted. Do not go there!!

I booked the hotel through Expedia and paid for the room, however when I checked in, the hotel was telling me I had a balance. There was this back and forth going on for nearly 30 minutes. Very poor experience.

Beach has little waves perfect for toddlers and young kids. Such a calm and zen vibe in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Caribeno restaurant offers good options of Mexican foods. Friendly staff and detail oriented service to the needs of guests. Dont need to call the front desk for anything. Club access worths every penny. Our second time here and will be back!

Just came back from a 6 day trip. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are a little dated but the entire resort is super clean. Very family friendly. The beach is the nicest bar none, in Cancun. The sand is like white flour and the water turquoise and emerald. Stunning. The food at the restaurants is very good. (3 to choose from). No evening entertainment so if you are looking for that you will need to leave the property. This is not an all inclusive so meals and drinks add up quickly, so take note. Recommended!
