The property is clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and friendly. I just didn’t like that there is no door or curtain separating the shower area from the toilet area which made the entire bathroom wet and messy. Other than that it was an overall amazing experience staying at the hotel.

The beach at this property was stunning...beautiful white sand, calm crystal clear blue water and plenty of loungers available. I also liked it being quiet, there was no loud music blairing at any time. The property itself was very nice too. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The hotel was super clean including the rooms. Service was top notch too. The restaurants are very expensive, especially for people who make Canadian dollars but this reflects prices in Cancun in general. The kids club seemed like an after thought rather than a feauture of the property as it was empty when I visited and there was supposed to be planned activities for the kids.

I spent 2 weeks in InterContitental and I enjoyed each moments of it. The beach is warm, clean and so bright. The staffs are welcoming and so nice. Room was so clean and relax. I highly recommend this hotel in Cancún. There is an easy access to stores and restaurants. I hope to come back soon.
