The housekeeping did a great job we stayed in room number 1531. Our room was always clean. Kudos to the housekeeping. The dining staff are very kind and the barista’s were really good. Our only problem was the noise the banging music from mandala beach club it was so loud and couldn’t sleep. It was terrible. That’s the only problem we encountered.

The only bad thing of this Resort, we did not like that the bars around the pool they all close at 6 pm..... and if you wanted some alcoholic drink the only bar inside won't service you because you are wet, how do they expect us to be dry if we were in the pool!!!!! everything else excellent service staff are awesome. Just to many ridicules resort rules.

The staff was absolutely amazing besides a lady named Abigail who kept reserving the wrong restaurants for the wrong days they weren’t even open causing a huge inconvenience, and the food at the restaurants was good, but the food at the buffets was very below average. They stated we were given “VIP status” with ability to choose what floor etc. yet they gave the farthest and last room on the 2nd floor with a supposed “city view” instead was a view of the ceilings of other buildings and extremely extremely loud at all times of day especially at night!!! Horrible.
