Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a rainfall showerhead, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries.

It was a very good resort, the only thing I didn't like is they didn't help at all to change my return transport time from resort to airport. They said they don't have availability, however at the time of transfer I noticed they had multiple options. They could hav helped, because we had to miss an appointment and take the transfer which they provided.

It was amazing! Friendly service, clean environment/pools, room was cleaned 2x per day, daytime entertainment was great with water exercise/sports, live bands and cooking lessons by the pool, evening entertainment had options that included, live duets/music in the lounge and various shows. Restaurant options are fantastic - food was delicious!

This was my second time at Moon Palace Nizuc. The first time I went to the presentation and this time we decided not to go. We told them we weren't interested on the first day, and they kept hounding us for this presentation. I'm not sure if things have changed or because it's low season, but we had to call or place an order on the app to have housekeeping. The jets in our hot tub weren't working so we had to get maintenance in to fix it.

Lots of dining options, activities and entertainment. The room was very clean and the fridge stocked daily. The staff are attentive and friendly. The spa and golf course are wonderful. It’s a large resort that can get extremely crowded at times. You don’t really want to use the beach at this resort, but there are plenty of pools to enjoy. There is a lot for kids to do here.

Property was well maintained l. Food was good, pool was nice, ocean/beach conditions weren't great. There are multiple loud weddings receptions that were outside near our room that went until 10:00 p.m. Property is very big and most about 8 minutes a walk to get to any of the restaurants. Workers are all very professional and friendly.

The cleanness of the room, amenities and the staffs were all great. The ocean view was beautiful, the facilities and everything was amazing too. The only thing is that the room service takes forever to come (the food), and I would suggest eating at the restaurants rather than ordering room service for the taste as well.
