Things we loved were the location for easy access to everywhere if you have a rental car, the breakfast was always delicious (Mexican dishes, not many American foods other than the occasional hotcakes and seldom sausage) the food at the rooftop snack bar was convenient and tasty, the staff were friendly, everyone was hard working. Don’t forget to bring extra pesos for tipping especially in the food areas, it’s an expectation. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite on the 2nd floor with a peek a boo view of the ocean and a view of the cancun hotel zone and really enjoyed the lush greenery and birds. The only downer was that we weren’t beachfront but you get what you pay for. We would love to stay again! The kids enjoyed the pool regularly

Overall very pleasant stay (16 nights). Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great pool area on the roof top and bar with delicious mexican food. Internet connection was inconsistent throughout our stay. Drain in our walk-in shower was not working well (which was reported to the hotel staff). Main bus line does not reach the hotel so walked about 10-15 minutes to the nearest bus stop. Overall positive experience. Thank you

We stayed for one month and had a great experience. Everybody is courteous and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was plenty and we especially enjoyed papayas. Special shout out to Andrei, Julios and Alejandra. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

This was a first time visit to Cancun for dental work. The dental clinic offered free shuttles to the clinic and to/from the airport. The hotel was just about as perfect as I can imagine. The room was huge. Since I was expecting dental work and soft foods, the fully equipped kitchen was perfect. I loved the large screen tv, especially since I spent a lot of time in my room recovering from the dental work. OMG, the bathroom was huge with plenty of counter space. The walk-in shower was amazing with quick hot water. The view overlooking a greenspace with the ocean beyond was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was a little different from what you get in the States, but had ample enough choices for American breakfast with a lot of Mexican dishes that I tried and enjoyed. Everything was amazingly clean and well kept throughout the hotel. The clerks up front were very friendly and courteous and easy to communicate with. Most of the room servicers did not speak English, but we managed to communicate with a lot of laughter at times trying to understand one another. The few requests that I had, I used my Google Translator to preemptively jot down my request in Spanish and leave on the kitchen counter. I felt very secure with front gate workers that actually checked every vehicle's credentials coming into the premises. In summary, I can't imagine a better experience; especially for a base for dental recovery - my highest recommendation!

Rooms were great. variety of food at breakfast and to order in the grill area up by the pool. No pool towels available. the in restaraunt market does not sell any type of food that you can prepare in your room. staff was very nice..

+ The residence was clean, staffs were polite and helpful. + Our room has a balcony overlooking forest and ocean, a kitchen completed with fridge, cooktop and microwave oven, a living room with a sofa and an office. - the location is out of Hotel Zone. There are no buses available. We Ubered every day to go to Zone and city.

Very clean place and friendly staff Nice rooftop pools and 3 hour breakfast window No beach and you have to drive to everything They do have a van that drops you off at local beach and shopping areas a few times per day included There's a fantastic restaurant along the river next to the hotel if you walk to it it's only open 12-6 each day ( not part of the hotel) Comfortable beds good showers a good value for the price

the room was great! nice kitchen, supplies, a lot of space. breakfast was good, too bad you can’t take it to your room. the hotel is a lil away from everything, but we rented a car so it wasn’t a big deal.
