Hotel and facilities inside the hotel was good. There was a rooftop restaurant which only has limited options. If you are planning for a budget friendly trip i would recommend this place but makesure you plan to have your lunch and dinner from outside. And if you plan to take a bus you might have to walk for around 2.5kms to take a bus to the beach or downtown. This hotel claims to have partial ocean view which is true but the ocean you see will be 4 or 5kms away from your balcony. This hotel is not a resort and doesnt have a private beach. If you are someone looking to go all inclusive with a private beach dont come here. It is kinda secluded but is safe. They have great continental breakfast included.

The property was nice and beautiful a bit far from tourist attractions, breakfast options were slightly limited but good overall. They didn’t have pancakes or other typical boring American breakfast. Overall it was a good stay and would definitely recommend.

Good but not for location

The room is okay but the location is the worst. The buses do not come to the area. I went to cancun this time not all inclusive so I can explore the town but every time I went out I have to call uber or taxi. I stayed 4 nights. I asked the room cleaning in my day3 even I left big tip but the room was cleaned but not clean stained everywhere in the kitchen and the floor was not clean
