The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are all friendly. It could have been a five star if the location is closer to the beach. This is way far from downtown and action is very minimal. Plus you have to order your ride everytime you want to go to a bar or shopping area because there is no public transport available in the area.

The property was clean. Everyone was nice. The pool area was lovely. Only two things that I take issue with is it’s very far away from all of the action you have to take an Uber to go anywhere ever and the food that they have at the hotel was not good but if you’re looking for a nice clean hotel on a budget, this is your place in Cancun also Abraham that works at the front desk was amazing!!!!!!
