Tule ja yöpy yhdessÀ Cancunin hienoimmista hiljattain remontoiduissa asunnoissa. Huoneisto tarjoaa vaativat nÀkymÀt Karibian merelle. Huoneisto sijaitsee kuuluisalla hotellivyöhykkeellÀ, mutta tarjoaa kuitenkin kaikki kodin mukavuudet tÀysin toiminnallisella ja hiljattain remontoidulla keittiöllÀ ja kylpyhuoneella, kaapeli-TV: llÀ SMART-TV: llÀ ja paljon muuta. Yksityinen ranta tarjoaa palapoita ja rantatuoleja, jotka ovat tÀydellisiÀ rentoutumiseen ja auringonottoon. Aikuisten ja lasten uima-altaalta on nÀkymÀt Karibian merelle. KiinteistössÀ sijaitsee myös vieraille ja omistajille tarjoiltava minikauppa. Vesiskootterit, banaanivene ja purjelautailu ovat vieraiden kÀytettÀvissÀ yksityisellÀ rannalla. Kuljetus:

Kuljetus asuntoihin voidaan jÀrjestÀÀ saapuessasi lentokentÀlle. SiellÀ on bussikuljetuksia, pakettiautopalveluita ja takseja, jotka voidaan vuokrata pientÀ maksua vastaan kuljettaaksesi sinne asuntoihin. Pakettiautojen kuljetuspalvelut veloittavat noin 25 dollaria USD (neuvoteltavissa) henkilöÀ kohden ja kuljettavat matkalaukkusi. Autoja voi vuokrata myös lentokentÀltÀ useilta autovuokraamoilta. Huoneistossa on 24 tunnin vartiointihenkilökunta. Huoneistohotelli sijaitsee erittÀin mukavassa osassa Cancunia. Kiinteistö on yksityistÀ ja vain vieraat ja asukkaat pÀÀsevÀt tiloihin. Henkilökunta on erittÀin ystÀvÀllistÀ ja auttaa sinua kaikissa kysymyksissÀ. Huoneistohotelli sijaitsee Hotel Barcelo Costa Cancun takana. The beach views at this property are undeniably amazing and the highlight of the stay. However, the apartment itself requires significant attention and did not meet the standards expected for the price.The Issues:Unusable Master Bedroom: The AC in the master bedroom—the room with the view we specifically paid for—did not work. This made the room uncomfortably hot and unusable for sleeping, forcing us to abandon the best part of the apartment.Pests & Odors: The kitchen had a noticeable issue with small black insects. Furthermore, there was a persistent, sticky smell inside the cabinets that was so unpleasant we chose not to use any of the provided utensils or dishes.Bathroom Defects: The shower door is faulty and will not close, resulting in water flooding the bathroom floor with every use. Additionally, the main ceiling light was broken, leaving the space poorly lit.Summary: While the location is beautiful, the "amazing view" cannot make up for a lack of basic maintenance and cleanliness. Between the pests, the broken shower, and the lack of cooling in the bedroom, the property felt neglected. I would not recommend staying here until deep cleaning and essential repairs are completed.

We were very happy with our stay. There is a balcony looking out to the ocean and access to a pool and beach. The pirate boats went out 3 times a day with music and fireworks at night! Check-in was easy, we were met T the gate. The kitchen is well stocked. All our questions were promptly answered by the host.

Awesome stay

This was by far the best stay we have ever had. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of from the very beginning. She was the best host. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. Having direct beach access from the property was a huge selling point, we didn’t have to worry about not having a place to sit back, relax, and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely come back.

We can't recommend this place enough! Nancy, the host was responsive and gracious. The location is right in the heart of the hotel zone. We would recommend purchasing a day pass at the Occidental Resort next door, at least once. It gives you access to their resort, with all you can eat buffet, and drinks, and you can hop back to your condo for whatever reason. The condo itself has everything you need. A fully stocked kitchen, and excellent air conditioning. We highly recommend!

Excellent family vacation!

Our family of 4 stayed here during our kids’ spring break and it was the perfect spot! The condo was spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed and appreciated having A/C and Wi-Fi for when we were in the unit. We appreciated that the property was secure - we felt very safe while we were here. The pool was lovely and we often had it all to ourselves. The space on the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed many card games under the palapas. We did a mix of eating meals in the condo and going out to dinner, both of which were easy to do. All of the staff and security guards were very friendly. Highly recommend staying here for your Cancun vacation!

I went for a quick few days away with my mom, and it was a nice place to stay. Conevenient located near the Isla Mujeres ferry, a few dining options and close to the hotel zone bus transit. Pool was right downstairs, and it opens to a beach water front. It was the perfect quiet getaway for someone ooking to disconnect and enjoy the weather. Nancy supported in coordinating transport to&from the airport. Would def recommend. It was a like a home away from home.

Condo and view were amazing! The host Nancy was excellent she was so helpful from booking the condo to assisting in getting a driver to and from airport extremely responsive! The security guards at the entrance were very helpful and friendly! Perfect vacation!

Location was good, nice view from balcony. That was IT! Condo is a mess. Hasn't seen a vacuum in ages. Area rug was disgusting to say the least. Balcony without breakfast set up is worthless. Bathroom lock broken does not lock. Bathroom fan broke. inner bedroom closet is a desaster, covered with cardboard half way exposing pipping and wiring and all the critters that live in there (we did not put our clothes in it) and yeah there are droplets of BLOOD!! on the floor by the bed!! Looks like a crime scene. We don't know if the TV is working cause we didn't get a new remote until the 6th day out of our 8 nights stay. The owner keeps telling me that if I don't tell her what was wrong with her unit she wouldn't know!! Seriously?? Does she pay me to inspect her rental for her? Isn't she supposed to check her unit before calling it ready to rent. I would venture she hasn't been in that unit for a long while. So I gave 2 stars for the view and that's all you'll get if you pick this unit. I have pictures if VRBO lets me post them in support for my review

Enjoyed our time there. Loved the fact that we had a private beach and pool. It’s an older condo but there’s nothing wrong with it. Great for a small family. Easy to get around. I recommend the bus. You hop on and then hop off where you want to go. Only a buck. We got picked up for our excursions right next door at the Aquamarina Hotel.

Great value for a long stay

The condo building is a friendly little community of some regulars- snowbirds- and families. There are not a lot of food options within walking distance but enough to get by. Convenient for the Isla Mujeres ferry. The views from the bedroom and balcony are amazing!!! There are some problems that arise with an older property but our very responsive hosts took care. The screen door for the balcony is not working and causes more aircon use than we would have liked. The little store on the property is very convenient and the staff helpful. As others have mentioned the noise from the pirate ships and especially the disco on the opposite beach are loud. The mornings are lovely and the beach is nicely situated so that you are not staring into a setting sun, but have shade and sun in the afternoons.

Great stay in Cancun!

The property was great for our family of four! Nancy was phenomenal with communication and recommendations for everything from restaurants to tours. Property and area felt safe - staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The beach was perfect for lounging and swimming and appeared to be the best beach around! We would definitely book this property again in the future.

If you travel from Canada to Cancun, don't expect this property and location to provide quietness and cleanness as we normally would have enjoyed in Canada, be prepared to bring your own amenities and snack or you buy after you arrive (even if late when you were already tired and just wanted sleep), and the problem is you may not be able to find nearby what you prefer to use and eat.
