Good vacation spot

Difficult to get restaurant reservations. Beach hard to walk on and surf quite rough. Service was wonderful and food quite good

Housekeeping barged in even with the do not disturb sign on. Food was mid - what you would normally expect for an all inclusive. Convenient location. We got a nice free upgrade because of Expedia. Ocean view was amazing.

Overall our stay was good. The staff for friendly and the food was great. Our room had a bit of dust around and smelled very musty. We were not not made aware that we had VIP status and the perks that come with it.

Property was very comfortable - beautiful view of the ocean and in a relatively quiet area within the hotel zone. Limited restaurant options since it’s a smaller hotel but a lot of variety at the buffet style restaurant and drinks overall were great! Not as impressed with the spa facilities
