This cute 1 bedroom condo across the street from the beautiful beaches of Cape Canaveral. King size bed and a sleeper sofa to accommodate a family for fun in the sun in the Space Coast. Watch the launches, and surfers. Enjoy downtown Cocoa Beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier just a mile away. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are all supplied. Spend some time with us for a week or a month or 2. You will never want to leave this lil piece of paradise. 1 PET ALLOWED, 25lb weight limit as per HOA
The space
There is a one spacious bedroom with a comfy King size bed, with a large walkin closet. The living room had a couch with a pullout bed. There is one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for eating in with a table and chairs.
