Kaunis 2 tarina koti Hogarthin kanavan yläosassa, oma venelaituri, rauhallisella alueella kävelyetäisyydellä puistosta. Parvekkeet ulottuvat koko talon eteen ja taakse kauniiksi näkymäksi joelle ja kanavalle. Keittiössä on upouudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Siellä on 4 HD-taulutelevisiota, uusi Bose-surround-järjestelmä, jossa on DVD-soitin. Ilmainen kaapeli, puhelin ja internet! . Valtava 2400 neliöjalkaa turvatarkasta ja peitetystä lanaiista propaanigrillillä, siinä on runsaasti istuimia rentoutumiseen ulkona. Family Vacation

Host was extremely helpful and we had a wonderful time together as a Family!!! We rented a boat and spent time in the Sanibel area. Charter fished with Todd Collier (Fish Fins & Grins!!! Caught fish and had a great time at the house. Home is very accommodating for a larger group, we had 8 with room to spare. Thank you April!!!

Amazing vacation

We desperately needed a vacation and Cape Serenity added so much to our experience. The pictures are exactly what you get and April is such a pleasure to work with if you have any questions or concerns. The front lock system is a breeze and I personally loved not having to worry about house keys. Its easy enough to use my parents could do it!The home is so clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We have stayed at plenty locations that are nice but the beds werent that great. Not the case here at all. And the home is at a comfortable temperature, it was 90 degrees the whole week we stayed and we stayed cool inside if needed.Our favorite spot though hands down was the pool and lanai area. Our kids pretty much lived in the pool. And drinks and eating in the shaded area was immaculate. Plus a huge TV out there with a fridge to store the drinks. I could of lived out there!We had a boat pick us up from the dock one day and drove out to Cayo Costa which was a lovely ride. And so convenient to be picked up at home and not have to drive home after a long day in the sun out boating.I could go on but will stop here. I will say for reference we had three adults on the main level. Then myself, husband and kids all upstairs and it was plenty of comfortable space. Okay, I'll stop for real this time but this place is worth every penny. Thank you April and John!

Relaxing Stay in a Great Location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. April was very responsive to all requests and inquires before and throughout our stay. The house was well maintained and perfect for our stay. As advertised, the only way upstairs is via the spiral staircase which can be tricky with large bags - just plan accordingly.

Excellent House and Host

We loved our stay in April’s place and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. It is spacious, sparkling clean, well equipped and the outside space is delightful. We were a family of 6 adults and an infant and there was ample room for family time and private time. April was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cape Coral

Spacious home in a great location.

Cape Serenity was perfect for our family of 6 Adults. The home is definitely set up for outdoor living with the pool and lounge area. It was a tranquil setting in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed. The home was clean and very comfortable. If our travel plans bring us back to the Cape, we would enjoy booking this home again.

Awesome place

Beautiful house with everything you could wish for, the owner April was Great to work with Awesome communication. The dock for the boats was very well maintained and nothing better than coming back after a long hot day on the boat and heading straight in the pool. Definitely recommend this property.

Best vacation home for our family of 7!

From the second we pulled up to the house we knew this would be our forever vacation home moving forward! Absolutely stunning views from the front and back balconies. The view of the canal from the patio area is so beautiful. We were able to rent a boat and dock it right outside the home which was so convenient. Fully furnished in every room makes it feel like you are right at home. So beautiful and can’t wait to return! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with our family ☀️🌴❤️

Perfect Family Vacation

We had an excellent family vacation and the main reason was the house we stayed in. Perfect house for all of us to enjoy each others company. Big enough for us all to be together and even to have quiet time away from each other. The lanai is perfect for swimming, sunning and playing cards. The hosts are so friendly and inviting. Amazing Pool and Lanai

Our party of 7 (6 adults + 1 tween) loved our stay at April’s place. The heated pool and lanai area was spacious and we spent most of our time outside. Part of the lanai is covered which was nice for our one rainy day. We also enjoyed hanging out in the open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms with plenty of seating. April was super responsive to all of our questions. Overall a great stay!

Great stay for baseball trip

We had a great time staying at this home! Our son had a baseball tournament in Ft Myers, so this was a great central point for us to travel back and forth from fields to house. There was four of us total (2 adults and 2 teenage boys) plus 2 Frenchies! The beds were comfortable, the house cooled easily, and the kitchen appliances were very handy during our visit. We hung out as a family in the living room the most, watching Netflix and playing cards at the kitchen table. I would recommend this home to anyone with kids and it was very pet friendly as well!

Beautiful

My family truly enjoyed ourselves at Cape Serenity. The views were beautiful from the back of the home as well as, the upstairs view of the Bay area. The home is beautifully decorated and neat. We loved having the pool right out of the back door with plenty of privacy. April was very responsive with questions. If we are ever back in Cape Coral, we would love to stay here again. If you book this vacation home, you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and I spent three weeks at Cape Serenity and didn’t want to leave. The house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed spending most of our time in the lanai! April is a wonderful host always quick to respond to any questions that you might have. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future

Perfect Getaway

Coastal heaven is accurate for this home! The home is large enough so everyone had their own space including the AMAZING lanai and porches. The view from being at the end of the canal is beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and linens were so comfortable. The pool was swam in EVERY day - even when we had the one day of cool temps. The dolphins by the dock on Saturday evening were a totally cool experience for all of us! Fishing occurred every day - unfortunately - nothing was caught to eat - but the sting ray and crabs were cool to catch! Amy, the owner, was very responsive and checked in a couple times. Would stay here again in a heart beat!
