With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open concept living room and kitchen that open out to two large sliders, this home boasts all the luxuries to make memories that last a lifetime. Step out on the spacious lanai, where you can soak up the sun, put your grilling skills to work, or catch a game from the custom built bar with smart tv, offering maximum entertainment.

As you settle in for the day, you will catch the most beautiful, colorful POOLSIDE sunsets here!! The pool heater is electric and set between 80-85 degrees year round with no extra charge.

The property is just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all used bath towels and pool towels and place them in the hamper in the garage, next to the washer & dryer. Discard of used food and drinks in the refrigerator and within the house.
Gather all trash, place in bags inside the cans that are located at the side of house. Pull cans to end of road on Sunday nights and at check-out.
Wash any dirty dishes. Place dishwasher safe dishes in the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Place trash and recycling can at curb on Sunday night, or on your last night at the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
