• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking.
• For security purposes, a doorbell camera, one camera in front of the garage, and one camera at the front entrance are installed. There are no cameras inside the house, on the pool deck, or in the backyard. Full privacy is guaranteed.
