It is one of the best and most desirable residential areas in Cape Coral. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance. This holiday home is particularly suitable for families with children. The Camelot Park with its large playground can be reached quickly.

The house is located in an extremely quiet residential area. There is hardly any car traffic.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 30min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site.

The pool area is the highlight of this home were you can enjoy the fantastic view of the canal. Electrically heated, the pool brings the water to a comfortable temperature at any time of the year, which you can determine yourself.

From the elegant, light-flooded living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, creating a great inside-outside feeling.

In the master bedroom is the large bathroom with double vanity and spacious shower.
