Villa Coastal Haven: A Luxurious Waterfront Boaters Paradise

Welcome to Villa Coastal Haven: Located on a beautiful saltwater canal just seconds from the Caloosahatchee River in the serene and prestigious Cornwallis Parkway neighborhood in Cape Coral. Villa Coastal Haven is the perfect nautical themed vacation home and boaters' paradise in the heart of Southwest Florida!


The Outside:
This is Villa Coastal Haven's strongest point and highlight. The home has a large, heated swimming pool covered by a screen that protects from bugs and debris. From the pool you have beautiful views of the canal that is just a couple of feet away. There are loungers by the pool to enjoy the Florida sun and direct access to the guest bathroom. There is a barbeque and propane will be provided and included. To the right side of the lanai there is a large, covered seating area with new furniture that offers a sheltered outdoor environment. There are beautiful lights for the nighttime around the pool and lanai that creates a calming vacation ambience. Additionally, the pool is also lighted, and you can set the color at night to add to the ambience while enjoying a beautiful Florida evening. There is also a paver walkway down to the dock where a patio set offers waterfront views. There is a fully redone boat dock and if you have a boat and are looking for a home to store it on the lift, this is the home! We welcome all boats and boat rentals.




The Inside:
Villa Coastal Havens interior finishings are inspired by the Gulf, boating and beaches. The home offers three luxuriously appointed bedrooms, two freshly remodeled full bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, an open and airy dining room with large sliders surrounding, a sunken nautical themed living room and much more. The goal of the interior theme at Villa Coastal Haven is to create a sense of "vacation" and "comfort" away from the hustle and bustle. There is a dedicated desk/workspace where any writing and work can be done as well. There is a fully equipped laundry room, and guests have full access to the garage where you may park a vehicle. The interior of Villa Coastal Heaven offers the perfect mix of coastal charm, convenient equipment and amenities and classy luxury.



Villa Coastal Haven is a fully equipped home with cookware, dinnerware, silverware, modern appliances, towels, bedsheets, pillows, blankets, soaps and much more! There are specific towels for the beach, for the pool and for other uses. The home is very well equipped for multiple families or groups of 5 or 6. Wifi is strong and included.
