Furnished in an essential and functional way, it is pleasant to the eye and welcoming. It is embellished by a covered veranda in front of the entrance equipped with table and chairs to dine in front of a splendid glimpse of the Golfo Stella and to cool off in the evening in the fragrant breeze that rises from the sea. The parking space is located inside the condominium area, a few meters from the entrance to the Villa.
