All the apartments have been completely renovated and have their own private entrance, equipped outdoor area, air conditioning, Wifi system, parking and shared barbecue and outdoor shower with the other housing units. The distance from the sea is about 150 meters, the beach of Peducelli a little further away while that of Madonna delle Grazie is about 900 meters away. The center of Capoliveri and the shops are about 2.5 km away.
