It was built in 2015, with quality materials, harmoniously inserted in the greenery of a still intact nature, among Mediterranean scrub, olive trees and aromatic plants.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
Villa located in Capoliveri, one of the most visited towns on the island, offers large outdoor spaces, surrounded by greenery, on the property's land, where it is possible to park up to three cars.

Independent Villa - 9 sleeps
It is on one floor, free on 4 sides and is surrounded by 4000 m2 of unfenced land. It consists of a large living room with kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with French bed, double bedroom with bunk beds and triple bedroom with three single beds. There are two internal bathrooms, an external shower with hot water, a laundry room with an external toilet. The bedrooms and the living room, with the exception of the room with bunk beds, are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.
In front of the villa there is a large paved space, ideal for dining and staying outdoors, shaded by maritime pines and embellished with vases of flowers and aromatic plants. Large porch facing west, with small outdoor kitchen and table for up to 12 people.

- small/medium sized pets allowed on request, with a supplement of € 30 on final cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
