This beautifully appointed townhome comfortably sleeps eight guests. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate relaxation. Guest bedroom one features a queen-size bed, while guest bedroom two is furnished with two twin beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. Two additional guest bathrooms provide ample space and convenience. The loft even has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.

Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Storm Impacts
Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.

Beautiful location...right on the beach and easy to get around the island.The house needs some TLC...plantation shutters in master need to be fixed so they don't keep popping open. Seal around front door needs some help...these flying insects were getting through and had to go around killing at least two dozen. Ended up having to turn the front porch lite off and spraying Raid around the door. Ice maker did not work.The house is nice but very spartan in terms of amenities...including pillows for the couch.Suggest you stop at the local store and pick up some basics.Other than that, I would probably go back if they put some basic maintenance into the place.

Exceptionally clean! Very quiet. Minor wear and tear repairs needed but nothing that affected our stay. Very attentive management service - we had a broken coffee carafe upon arrival and they replaced the whole coffee maker within hours. Highly recommend!!!

This side by side aka duplex was very nice and enjoyed the stay. During our week long stay, the other side had 3 different set of guests that were never heard thru the walls so I wouldn't fear booking this again in the future if anyone has reservations regarding this side by side.The location on the beach and beach views are excellent and having the property only being accessed through a 24 hour community gate provides comfort for our stay that wasn't originally expected but appreciated.Construction taking place on the property directly to the north wasn't too invasive or noisy and based on current progress, shouldn't be long before being completed.Ryan was very responsive to the couple of questions/clarifications asked and that's very much appreciated as well.I will definitely consider rebooking this excellent beach front residence again in the future!!!

Perfect beach getaway! We loved the location - it’s on a quieter stretch of the beach which suited our family well. The amenities were exactly as stated. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella and they were waiting for us upon arrival. Super easy. We did have an issue with the refrigerator leaking but we were only there two nights and maintenance was quick to respond.

Very clean like new condition

The location is a 10 out of 10Footsteps to the beach with unobstructed sunset views over the gulf.Would highly recommend based on location and cleanliness.again. Listing as a cottage is a bit misleading. It is a duplex. You will have another family on the other side of the bedroom walls. Our family would definitely book this house.

Can't beat the location!

We loved this house on the beach. The location was unbeatable--sunsets right out the backdoor, sunrise out the front. The house was clean and as pictured. The screened porch was our family's favorite. There were a couple of maintenance issues, and we reported them, but never heard any follow up, so I don't know if they were managed. The person who took the report was friendly and polite.
