Great spot to stay if you’re visiting Carlsbad Caverns or Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Close to several restaurants and the continental breakfast was good. Staff were very kind and friendly, plus the hotel was clean. The pullout sofa bed wasn’t extremely comfortable but that was expected. Despite that we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel!

When we arrived the computer system was down but the young man at the registration desk was handling the situation with grace and professionalism. It took 3 tries to get the right room configuration but we got it all sorted out. That was the only glitch. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the property is located very conveniently for access to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks.

I was offended that this hotel did not carry Fox News, but carried all the other news outlets For a Morman based company , this tells me one thing. It is not Marriotts choice , but the deliberate choice by this hotels manager I was just at the Fairfield in Johnson City, Tn last Friday and they had Fox In fact I can't think of any hotel anywhere for many many years that doesn't carry Fox And don't say it is a cheaper option for that particular hotel Nonsense Unacceptable Marriott needs to straighten out that manager and his obvious " view" Hotels should satisfy " all " people
