The room was nice but on a 5 night stay, They only changed the sheets and towels once and that was the second day. I remember how David Walley’s Hot Springs used to be a nice relaxing Hot Springs and Spa. Now it’s a cheap children’s water park. We couldn’t get near the hot springs because there was nearly 100 kids with little to no adult supervision running around at all hours taking up every pool. There at least should be an adults area or certain hours for adults only. We won’t be back.

Took us forever to get into a room. There were issues with door entry system into the room, that took staff an hour to figure out and had to find a different room for us. Front desk wasn’t clear about check out time and housekeeping walked in on us while we were still not dressed, and kept harassing us to leave. Overall, a bad experience. Won’t be coming back.

Kitchen and amenities were adequate. We had a group in the room next to us that was super loud woke us up at three in the morning the first that they arrived and then the following night woke us up at midnight 2 AM and 4 AM. We had to call security twice to have them, please be quiet as they were screaming, yelling, celebrating, and pounding very hard to sleep.

The room was fine. The queen studio is small. Everything was very clean. The kitchen in this style room is not a kitchen...it’s a sink, toaster, coffee maker and mini fridge. Parking was great. The food at the restaurant was great. The mineral hot tubs were the best part of the stay.

The carpet in my one bedroom was dirty it’s probably 100 years old , the AC wasn’t working i would out to 69 and my room was 78 every night I had to open the window to get some air , water pressure at night sometimes just didn’t work and towels were so rough I thought I scratch my face with it ,the entire place needs a do over , been there a couple of times I thought paying for a bigger room would be better but just realize that it won’t so not my kind of place , noise on my hallway last night . It felt unsafe.

I am a local and decided on a staycation. The property is nice and the setting at the bottom of the mountains is beautiful. But I remember the Wallys Hot Springs where the pools were different temperatures with a thermometer telling each pool’s temp. These pools were NOT hot enough and they were all felt the same temp. I do not believe any were over 100 degrees. You know how when you get hot in a hot tub you have to sit out for a minute then get back in? 1. This doesn’t happen in these pools. It’s like tepid bath water that is pleasant, but doesn’t do the trick. It’s more like a warmed swimming pool. I overheard at least three other visitors say the same thing…that the water wasn’t warm enough.

This was one of my worst stays ever! We have been coming here for years, around 10 years now ( multiple times a year) and this was by far the worst. We were given a dirty, rat infested, beat down, disabled 1 bedroom room. I was horrified after finding a dead rat right under my bed !! It was visible that the room has not been taken care of for a long time!
