This stylish three-bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in Mar de Cristal. It features a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with sliding doors that open out onto the outside patio space over looking the large communal pool area.
The patio is spacious with a dining table and chairs, along with sun loungers and is the perfect place to relax.
The main bedroom is modern and light and boasts a super king-size bed with a cleverly concealed en-suite bathroom with a shower, there is also a Smart TV in this room. The second bedroom is just as stylish, with lots of wardrobe space, Smart TV and offers two single beds. The third bedroom has been designed to look like an extra living space with a desk and chair which can be used for remote working. This space can be cleverly converted into a bedroom, by opening up the sofa bed and pulling across the partitioning wall. In-between both bedrooms there are an additional bathroom with a shower.
