Villa Berretta is located within a residential complex consisting of 8 villas, all independent of each other, situated just 70 metres from the crystal-clear waters of the beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca near the Zingaro and Scopello Nature Reserve - on the western side of the Golf of Castellammare.

Continuing on you reach a bathroom with shower and bidet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The flat is air-conditioned and has an excellent wifi network.

The villa\'s exterior extends in a triumph of greenery that mingles with the scent of the sea breeze. Entering through the main independent gate, there is an outdoor terrace with a covered veranda in front of which is a private garden with an outdoor shower.
