Villa La Randa is a charming property located near Scopello with its Faraglioni (stacks) and the typical imposing rock that rises from the depths of the turquoise sea.

The villa is just one km from the ancient village of Scopello and 10 km from Castellammare del Golfo where you can find every kind of service.

Furthermore, the villa benefits of a private access to the beach (shared with the guests of other two properties), which is reachable along a short path (about 150 meters).

The house spreads over one level and you access inside the spacious and bright living room looking out onto the porch where guests can enjoy relaxing moments in absolute privacy or can have outdoor dining in close contact with the surrounding nature.

The kitchen is bright and cheerful and is equipped with all necessary utensils and from here you can access two verandas where you can spend relaxing moments.

There are 5 bedrooms in total: one double bedroom with private bathroom and air-conditioning, two twin bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and one single bedroom in the main house, where there is also an additional bathroom with bathtub and 1 double bedroom (with air conditioning) and with the possibility of an additional single bed in the annex that is next to the main house. The annex has also a bathroom with shower. In the other bedrooms that have no air conditioning there are fans available.

The furnishings are simple but at the same time comfortable and make the rooms elegant, sober and relaxing.

Outside there is the pool that is located just in front of the house, surrounded by a lush garden with several ornamental plants and trees.

The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas to make your stay more comfortable.

P.S.: The villa has a video surveillance system installed only in the external areas for security reasons. The villa has 4 cameras that monitor only the outside of the villa.

Scopello is a small and charming seventeenth-century village located a few km from Castellammare del Golfo, on the west coast of Sicily, just 40 km from Trapani.
This wonderful red cliff, which overlooks a very blue sea from which two beautiful and suggestive stacks emerge, is one of the most sought after destinations in western Sicily.

Distance from the sea: 150mt Distance from the city center (supermarkets, restaurant, shops etc.): 1 km to Scopello, 10 km to Castellammare del Golfo.
Distance from airport: 55 km (Aeroporto Falcone-Borsellino, Palermo); 50 km (Aeroporto Vincenzo Florio, Trapani Birgi)
Distance from railroad station: 13 km to Castellammare del Golfo railroad station.

Rental Rules:
The rates are for 9 people, it is possible to add extra an bed with supplement of € 27 per day, per bed.
Minimum stay: 5 nights, 7 nights from 12 July to 22 August, changeover day: flexible.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linen, electricity up to 150 Kwh (over the limit of 150 kwh there is a surcharge of € 0,50 per kwh).
High chair and cot are available under prior request.

Tourist tax: 1,50€ per person/ per night (maximum 6 nights). The tourist tax will be paid on site according to local regulations.

A late check in fee of Euro 20 is applied for check in after 9 pm. The amount must be paid on site.

Pets must be reported and approved prior to arrival. Please specify the breed and size of your pet when booking.
Small Pets: Pets up to [10] kg are considered small pets.
Large Pets: Pets over [10] kg are considered large pets.
Supervision: Pets must be supervised at all times and not left alone in the house for extended periods of time.
Permitted Areas: Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Please use blankets to cover any areas where pets might rest.
Hygiene: Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste both inside and outside the property. Please use bags and dispose of waste properly.
Equipment: It is recommended that you bring your own beds, bowls, and toys for your pets.
Extra Cleaning: There is an additional charge of [€50] for additional cleaning needed at the end of your stay to ensure the house is clean and sanitized.
Damages: Any damage caused by pets to the property, furniture, or grounds will be charged to the guest. A security deposit is required and will be returned after an inspection of the property at the end of the stay.
Pool Rules: Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Responsibilities: Guests are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of their pets during their stay.
Acceptance of Rules: By booking, guests agree to abide by all of the above rules regarding pets.
