Home Select International presents this charming rental house located by the peaceful and idyllic Lake Sant Maurici, in Empuriabrava. This is a traditional local house, very bright and painted completely white, preserving all its original Mediterranean charm.
The front garden offers a convenient parking space. Upon entering the house, there is a guest toilet on the left.The living room is cozy and full of natural light. It is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a TV with German channels.The dining area, with seating for five, is ideal for enjoying pleasant meals with friends or family.
To the right of the dining area is the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, blender, and citrus juicer.
From the hallway, on the left, a staircase leads to the upper floor. Upstairs, there is a modern bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.Opposite the hallway is a cozy bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds, a bedside table, lamps, a fan, a TV with German channels, and a window offering spectacular views of the lake.
Another bedroom features a double bed (150 x 190 cm), lamps, fan, TV, and windows with lovely views. On the same floor, there is a second bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet.The last bedroom has a single bed (90 x 190 cm), bedside table, lamp, and TV.
Outside, the house offers a beautiful terrace overlooking the canal, equipped with a barbecue and a 6 x 2 m saltwater pool.The outdoor area is divided into two levels: the upper level features a table with four chairs for outdoor dining, while a few steps down you’ll find the pool area with armchairs and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing by Lake Sant Maurici.
The house includes free Wi-Fi and accepts pets (small dogs with a 50 € supplement).Groups of young people are not accepted.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented for 15 € per person (bed linen) or 25 € per person (bed linen + towels).
