Wonderful!

The hotel is amazing. The location is very good near the central station and the city centre. I travelled with a friend and we were overwhelmed by the design of the rooms and the breakfast is great. The host is very helpful!

空港から中央駅へのバス通りにありとても分かりやすい。初日はインターフォンで呼び出しをしたけれど応答がなく電話で連絡が必要だった。電話のコネクションを持っていなかったので近くのカフェでwifiを借りて電話をした。管理人はとてもフレンドリーで、観光やバスターミナルなどの質問をすると色々教えてくれる。部屋もプライベートバスルームも非常に綺麗。シャワーの水圧も十分で部屋の空調もしっかりしている。朝食はコールドミールだががっつり食べるタイプないので特に問題なかった。パン、シリアル、果物、ヨーグルト、チーズ、各種ジュース、紅茶。あとエスプレッソマシーンがあり自由に使える。メインストリートまでも10分かからなく中央駅、バスターミナルも近く利便性は抜群。気になることはアパートへの入り口の開閉時の音が大きく部屋まで響いてくるので神経質な方は寝ている時に気になるかもしれません。また行くことがあれば再度利用したいと思っています。

140€ per una notte sola mi sembra eccessivo

Siccome si trova di fronte al mare, è a 15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il personale del B&B è stato gentile e disponibile con noi, ci offre la colazione come quella che si fa quotidianamente a casa propria (tutti i cibi da supermercato). Per quanto riguarda il palazzo, la stanza e il bagno privato, con quel prezzo così ci aspettavamo un lusso e invece sono come quelli delle case vacanza da 25€-30€ a notte. Il rapporto tra le qualità e il prezzo non è molto buono: B&B Ipnos dovrebbe costare tra 40€ e 60€ a notte anzichè 140€. (Per fortuna ho pagato soltanto 60€ perché ci è stato cancellato un altro B&B e hotels.it ci ha offerto solo questo B&B come alternativa)

部屋は広く、清潔に保たれています。入口が分かりにくいので、番地でさがしました。駅から近く、移動に便利です。オーナーは常駐していませんが、とても親切な方です。カターニアに行った時には、又泊まりたいです。

鉄道駅 バス乗り場 近く

優しく綺麗好きで 日本の漫画好きの方がオーナーさん。 街のアパートの一室のB&Bの為 数泊して居ると、カターニアに住んで居るかの様に思えます。 共同のキッチンもあり 自由にお湯を沸かせたり コーヒーマシーンや冷蔵庫を使えたりします。 もちろん フロント等に常時 人が居ない為 時間に関係なく自由に楽しめます。

カターニア中央駅 近く

駅から近く 道も真っ直ぐな 道 1本なので 鉄道やバスの移動も楽です。 一般のアパートです。普段、そこには宿の方は居ません。 数泊する方には お勧めします‼︎ 建物に小さな看板が貼ってあるので 脇の呼び鈴を鳴らすとオーナー宅に繋がります。 予約の旨を伝えると 5分後位に オーナーさんがやって来て部屋の案内等をしてくれます。 日本の漫画が好きな優しい方です。共同キッチンがあり自由に使えます‼︎ シャワー&トイレは各部屋あります。 部屋・アパートの鍵を渡されるので自由に出入り出来、アパートに住んでいるかの様に使えます。朝食は前日に伝えて置くと 共同キッチンの冷蔵庫に部屋ごとに分けて入れて置いてくれます。コーヒーやパン・ジュース等も共同キッチンに置いてある物は自由に食べて大丈夫。ルームサービス等はありませんが とてもな宿です‼︎ 英語かイタリア語が出来れば大丈夫です。

Ho alloggiaro in questo hotel per un breve periodo (perfortuna). Lo sconsiglio soprattutto per chi vuole concedersi una vacanza rillasante al mare, dico questo per una serie di motivi: dalle camere si sente qualsiasi tipo di rumore proveniente dalla strada, il mare lo si vede soltanto dal balcone della "reception" e non si può raggiungerlo a piedi siccome esso é costeggiato dai binari del treno, per arrivare in spiaggia bisogna spostarsi con un taxi; ristoranti buoni nelle zone non ne ho visti ( solo pizzerie e kebab). La pulizia lascia delle camere lascia un po' a desiderare. Vi invito a prendere questa recensione come un giudizio personale ed anche un avvertimento, io personalmente sono abituata a frequentare altri tipi di hotel e sono rimasta abbastanza delusa.

It was a really good experience. Ot took me a little while to find the hotel but when I finally found the place I was greeted well. I will say it's not like your average hotel though. You kind of live among other people and luckily I didn't need a lot of privacy but it was an enjoyable stay have to do it again some day

駅から近く非常に便利。周辺の治安もあまり悪い感じもしませんでさた。入り口が少しわかりにくかったです。 サイトにはチェックイン時刻11:00〜22:30と記載があるが、アパートメントタイプのため、基本的にフロントにスタッフはいません。入り口に書いてある電話番号に電話をして待たなければいけませんでした。そのため予定していたバスの時刻にギリギリになってしまったり、余計な国際電話料金がかかってしまったので、事前にサイトやメールにてチェックインについての案内が欲しかったです。 部屋は非常に清潔で、広く、雰囲気もおしゃれでした。 専用のバスルームもあり、ゆったりと使うことができますが、手を洗ったりトイレに行くためだけに、バスルームへ行き、自分の部屋の鍵を開け閉めしなければならず、一人旅には少し不便でした。 スタッフの方は非常に親切でした。

Best B&B ever!

B&B Ipnos is the best hostel that I've ever stayed and it's well worth the money. I got a big room that can sleep three and with a private bathroom outside which is spacious, clean and new. The staff is really nice and helpful! The location is great as it's close to the train station and bus station, but the neighbourhood is not very safe as the street the hostel on is sometimes quite quiet and I've almost got things stolen by pickpockets one day around 7pm. The only thing is that as the breakfast is only a drink and a pastry, so you may want to consider the price difference and decide if you want to add breakfast. And Wifi strength can be improved.

Not quite a hotel, but beautiful big rooms with amazing handmade decorations. Great air conditioning, with nice little balcony. Terrible wifi service- very frustrating! Simple breakfast (coffee and brioche) using voucher presented at check in. Not too far to walk to sights and very close (5mins) to central station. We got stopped in the street by a lovely local who advised against walking that part of town at night. For two ladies, this was very helpful as there are a lot of ladies of the night hanging around on the street at dark.

BeB molto carino

Il soggiorno in BeB è stato buono, le camere pulite, e ottima la cortesia e la disponibilità delle proprietarie. Noi siamo arrivati verso le 02 del mattino e ci hanno aspettato. La zona essendo vicino alla stazione non è pulitissima, ma è comunque vicina al centro, con 10 min di camminata si arriva al duomo. Per me l'unico neo negativo: il bar delle colazioni, solo la prima mattina il cameriere è stato getilissimo, mentre le altre mattine c'era altro personale molto ma molto meno gentile. Alla fine porto con me un buon ricordo di queste ferie.
