App is good equiped, but no internet accsess, and this has to be written on web site. Because guests expected internet accsess to be in app. Floor in whole flat was dirty, we found hairs in bathroom and in bedroom. There were also ants in the kitchen and in two bedrooms. We send a picture of dirty floor and ants to Simona, via whatsapp. In bathroom with jacuzzi there is no accesoire to clean WC, and it is very, very uncomofortable to clean it with paper.... So, good and nice app, but details make living there not very nice.
