In close contact with nature, you\'ll find yourself at the foot of green mountains and untamed woods. A vast prairie is part of the property, which could also become a great plus for families choosing this location.
You can park your car inside the gate and within the perimeter fence. The gate must always be closed, especially at night, to prevent any wild animals from entering.
Outside, you\'ll find a large space dedicated to conviviality, outdoor dinners, or lunches with a large barbecue.
Entering through one of the two doors facing the street, you\'ll find yourself in one of two living rooms with comfortable sofas and a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings. Next to the living room is the kitchen, equipped to meet our guests\' needs, and a small guest bathroom with a sink, toilet, and washing machine.
Also on the ground floor, you enter the other living room, which features a solid wood dining table, an antique decorative stove with chairs, and a wooden staircase leading to the upper floor, where you can choose one of three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and a Velux window completes the property.
Casa Eyrie is located just outside the town of Palagnedra, about a 10-minute drive from the Swiss/Italian border towards Domodossola and about 35-40 minutes by car from Locarno.
