This charming room is quietly situated on the first floor of Eko farm, a small 2-storey hotel in the village Žerovnica. The tourist farm is also home to various animals and sells homemade products that are available depending on the season.

The accommodation is surrounded by lush greenery and features a spacious ensuite bedroom furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and two chairs. A large balcony provides an alfresco extension to the living space, the ideal place for an evening aperitif.

The room shares a communal common space and a breakfast area where guests can order and pay for breakfast on the spot. Outside, guests can enjoy a shared garden surrounded by lush greenery and mountain views.

The property is situated in Žerovnica, a charming village in the Inner Carniola region of Slovenia known for its peaceful rural setting and traditional architecture. It\'s an ideal base for exploring some of Slovenia\'s most fascinating karst landscapes, including lakes, caves, hiking trails and traditional villages. There is a restaurant a 2-minute walk away and a grocery store a 9-minute drive away in Cerknica.

Nearby Bloško lake (a 15-minute drive) makes a great day out and is suitable for swimming and fishing; trout, redfish and crayfish. Slovenia\'s famous seasonal Lake Cerknica (a 25-minute drive) is also worth visiting and is surrounded by unspoilt nature. Other nearby excursions include a trip to the beautiful natural landscapes of Rakov Škocjan (a 20-minute drive), the mysterious underground world of Postojna (a 30-minute drive) and Škocjan Caves (a 1-hour drive), the stud farm in Lipica (a 1-hour drive) and the capital city Ljubljana (a 1-hour drive).

The surrounding area is also great for cycling, hiking through the forest region, picking fruits, horseback riding and in winter, snow kites, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating.
