This apartment was created inside a farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany. It is a family-run business in a strategic position that allows you to visit the most important cities of the region without giving up the relaxing power of nature. The apartment is located entirely on the ground floor and has an outdoor area with a garden in front of the main entrance and a small terrace at the back with a view of the surrounding vineyards. The sun's rays will wake you up in the morning and you can enjoy your breakfast with a spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside.Guests have access to the panoramic swimming pool with bubble bath and children's pool, bowling alley, minigolf, volleyball court, playground, barbecue and wood-burning oven. The farmhouse is divided into 8 apartments distributed in two buildings. Already walking along the beautiful path leading to the farmhouse, bordered with cypresses, you can see the farmer's house with its characteristics \ turrets \. In addition to the garden surrounding the farmhouse, each apartment has a beautiful tiled terrace, ideal for spending your evenings, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine, while your children play on the front lawn, among the olive trees. Each apartment is tastefully furnished in a rustic Tuscan style, has an antique ceiling with exposed wooden beams, a well-equipped kitchen and a terrace / balcony with umbrella, table and chairs for dining out. The farmhouse is located just 1 km from the center of Stabbia. It is a strategic point for many trips and excursions in this area rich in cultural attractions and various activities. In the vicinity there is also Cerreto Guidi, with the prestigious Villa Medicea, which is certainly worth a visit. 50 km away there is Pisa where, in addition to visiting the tower, you can spend a nice day at the sea. A few kilometers away there are Monsummano Terme and the Grotta Giusti, the perfect destination if you want to spend a day
