My Rental Homes - Villa Novellina with private pool and ample well-kept garden

Beautiful farmhouse right in the heart of Chianti region, half way between Florence and Siena, in a unique and panoramic position, Villa Novellina covers over 69 hectares surrounded by wine yards, olive groves and the characteristic Tuscan vegetation, owners are also producing extra virgin olive oil.
La Novellina is the ideal setting for a holiday that combines pure relaxation with sightseeing - and perhaps even a round or two of golf.

The property consists in two farmhouses, Behind Novellina 1 is the other farmhouse, Fienile where the english speaking caretaker lives (one person). He is available to help guests with any problems that may arise but will be careful not to intrude on guests’s privacy. The outdoor facilities of the house -- garden, pergola and pool -- are completely private for the guests of the villa.

The large private garden features a swimming pool 5x10 mt. equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, there is also a covered patio for shade. The garden has several equipped angles with tables, chairs where to sit, relax and drink a glass of Chianti while admiring the amazing panorama, the view also reach the amazing town of San Gimignano!
A covered loggia is the perfect spot for al fresco meals, guests will also have a barbecue which can be used.

The villa on its interiors covers over 300 sqm, and develops into 3 floors, at the entrance there is an hall dividing the kitchen area and dining, on left side by climbing down 3 steps is the large dining room with wooden table and chairs, from dining room, 3 steps down gives the access to the first double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, the room has also a direct access to garden by a French door.
Back to the entrance hall on its right, climbing 4 steps down is the eat in fully equipped kitchen, with large table where breakfast will be served in the morning a French door give the access to the garden next to the loggia.
At the first floor, there is a double bedroom (bed size 203x193) with ensuite bathroom with shower, Double bedroom with private bathroom with sower and tub. Double bedroom with two single beds, joinable, ensuite bathroom with shower.
A large living room with working fireplace, TV and sofas.
Attic floor a cozy double bedroom, bed can become two singles, private bathroom with shower, this bedroom has the best view of the entire property.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and there is a free wifi service.
Please note that due the different levels the house may be not very suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm for an extra fee of 50 Euro.
