Arrived to find bed bugs under the mattress as well as a bug on the bed next to the pillows. Went down to complain staff was very unhelpful. People behind us had found blood stains on curtains. Awful experience would never recommend a stay here.

Room was comfortable and clean but bathroom needs some updating including hand rails in shower. Breakfast was good. Exterior rear where you park and enter needs some attention.

Front desk- had three interactions with her where she didn’t provide customer service whatsoever, interactions completely under informational. One interaction she continued to talk on a personal phone the entire time
