We stayed here for 3 days. Our toilet often would not flush, causing us to repair it own our own. Our comforter had blood stains on it, the couch had several stains on it with an odor. We did not receive enough toilet paper and had to request it twice. The staff was very friendly.

This is by far the roughest Town Place Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Before, I go any further, let me just say the front desk attendant “V” was amazing. She was so friendly and welcoming and went out of her way to help me get settled and she took the same care with every guest. However, she was the shining light in a dark space. The building is dirty…I took pictures of someone’s nail clippings in the hallway, carpet not looking like it had been vacuumed in a while, liquids that dripped down the walls and now dried, and surfaces inside and outside of my room that weird covered in dust or muck. My room’s door looked like someone had repeatedly tried to opened without a key. Oh, and the back door to the building was broken, as in the push bar is broken. Inside the room several fixtures were hanging off the wall. Before you ask, why did I stay, let me tell you. For the past month my husband has been waiting at MUSC for a heart transplant. I’ve been staying in other hotels , but I wanted to stay in a hotel with a kitchen so that I could cook because I was tired of eating out. Big mistake, because the dishes were so greasy I didn’t bother making dinner. At the end of the day, don’t stay here

The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice enough for a couple nights; however the bathrooms could have been cleaner. In addition, several cars were broken into the night we stayed, so there should be more cameras or security to help alleviate things like this from occurring again.

Service desk was always manned with friendly responsive and caring people. A property issue was resolved without adversely inconveniencing us. When the designated room wasn't ready at the check-in time, we were assigned a different room to reduce our wait. We witnessed someone scouting the property for garbage, maintaining a great standard. We were able to park steps from the entrance which was important due to health limitations. Thank you!
