The lady at the front desk picked with me the entire time I was there and on top of that didn’t let me stay in the room that I paid for that night leading on to me having to leave and to find somewhere else to go. She definitely needs to work somewhere else if she doesn’t like her job

There was nothing to like about this place, especially that grumpy older black lady who half ass checked me in 2 something in the morning. She was asleep each time I encountered her at the front desk. In addition completely incompetent and rude at her job. The place was so dirty that the few hours I was there, I didn't feel comfortable enough to even take a shower. I'd give this place negative stars if I could. And that lady needs to find her a different job, like as a Correctional Officer or something. Star ratings really matter and so not worth what I spent..ughhh

The room in particular was outdated (like going way back in time). The TV had no remote. The bed was lumpy. The vending machines were out of order but they didn’t have “out of order” on them even after letting staff know I lost money in them—and no refund. The staff was disinterested.

A lot of problems if you can avoid it do so. Asked for a 7:00 wake up call they called at 6:00. Towel had private area hair on it. Mold in bathroom. Broken toilet seat and toilet not secured to floor properly.

This place is horrible

DO NOT STAY HERE. A cash hold at FOUR TIMES the room rate makes no sense at all. They request this at the time of check in so you don't know its coming and further, its selectively applied.The clerk was rude, disrespectful and unreasoning. Her boyfriend who is not an employee of the hotel was hanging out in the lobby and only made matters worse by injecting himself into the situation. This was a waste of my time and ruined my evening plans. I will never stay here nor recommend anyone bring their family to a motel that caters to h0 rny truckers and l0t li zards. DO NOT STAY HERE. I credit Hotels .com for making it better.
