Check in was easy, receptionist was nice. Hotel room is what you pay for. Dingy, needs upgrading, stains on lamp shade, carpet coming off floor, furniture old and scratched up. Tv got only two channels but we only said one night for my son’s AAU track tournament. I also had free credit for the room. Pros are there’s a waffle house next door and there is a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Not only was there centipedes EVERYWHERE CRAWLING AROUND after moving to OUR SECOND room....the lady that we had checked in with was extraordinarily rude to me. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a front desk person. From the time we walked in the doors to check in she had an attitude and continued it through out the whole interaction. When leaving we spoke to the new front desk lady who was also not very helpful but full of excuses to why we didnt have a good stay...

We ended up in a room with Mix match furniture. That wasn't ideal but could be tolerated. However, the carpet was so filthy. It had stains everywhere and when we took off our socks our feet became sticky when we walked across the floor. The room also smelled of urine and we couldn't even open the window to air out the smell. There was also no blanket in the room. There was only sheets and a top cover. The bathroom tile grout was dirty and for the Continental breakfast there was just muffins and packages. I have been staying at this chain for many years and I have never run across Such a disgrace.

Ice machine was out of order and did not have a sign, I found out when I attempted to get ice and the very young attendant stated it didn’t work. “Breakfast” was just processed, bagged muffins and coffee. The shower also drained very slowly until after I was finished. The exterior of the hotel was not maintained very well as had multiple empty plant pots scattered across the exterior

Trying to look out for further service numbers

The room is good together with duct tape and straw board. They did have a TV that's the one plus other than that. Don't stay here don't waste your money like I did

Property is old.....it needs repairs. It is clean for old and the staff were amazing and polite. Beds could be more comfy but it was quiet and cold. Honestly for $50 there are many worse and very few as good. Better than dropping $150 or $200 for a big name just to sleep 8 hours.

The lady at the front desk picked with me the entire time I was there and on top of that didn’t let me stay in the room that I paid for that night leading on to me having to leave and to find somewhere else to go. She definitely needs to work somewhere else if she doesn’t like her job
