First, the good, the hotel was clean and breakfast was good. And now the bad, we booked a suite because we needed two separate sleeping areas and two TVs the TV in the first room, did not work when someone finally came up to look at it, her words were “it’s no big deal, the cold room with the staff because The TV in the other room works “. It was a big deal because we paid for two TVs. We were completely dismissed and when I asked if there was anyway, she could move us to a room that had a working TV. It was a flat and no claiming they were booked solid. The issue was never addressed again. And the thermostat in the room did not work. We nearly froze. Despite putting the thermostat on 80 the heat never came on, it blew cold air. We never bothered to ask about the thermostat, as we were completely dismissed over the TV issue. In my opinion the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, which has never been an issue at any other country Inn and suites. We stayed at in the past, but it certainly was this time.
