Great Choice

very nice newer hotel in great location. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and acommadating, it's conveniently located in the downtown area & I would definitely stay here again. I am still waiting for them to find 2 jackets I left in the closet of my room, so hopefully that comes out positively and the housekeeper just put them in a different place.!

I booked a king bed, when I checked in and walked into the room we had a queen handicap room. I went back down and said I booked and paid for a king, she looked again and said oh sorry, we are sold out. They offered free parking in exchange, but frankly there is nothing that makes up for no sleep. I booked 14 days ago, paid extra for the king, and arrived at 4pm and they had zero King rooms?? Was my booking changed because it was through Expedia? It’s infuriating. There was screaming in the halls and rooms next to us at 1-2am. The side table by the bed was sticky and the room never cooled off even though the AC ran NOISY all night long. Overall miserable experience. I’ll visit Chattanooga several times this year, but I’ll never stay at Hotel Indigo again.
