Excellent weekend break

Had an excellent 2 night break. No delays or issues checking in, friendly greeting, everything was explained. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - food was delicious, great service made it a lovely relaxing experience. Breakfast the next day was good, no shortage of choice and freshly cooked buffet and continental food. One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which could have been better managed, worked around

Had a short trip to the Cotswold and stayed at delta hotel. Stay was very pleasant, the atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Gym and facilities was also something that I thought was good. Overall, would recommend.

Lovely hotel

Spotlessly clean room with very comfortable firm bed, nice bathroom with plenty of products and decent shower. The only downside with the shower was the lack of pressure but that is very minor nit picking. We ate in the restaurant with friends and all enjoyed a lovely meal. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and plenty of options. All in all it was a fabulous stay at the hotel.

Great value for money, only down side was the kitchen staff poor on getting food to you, I waited an hour and a half between starter and main course. The problem was dealt with very professionally by the front of house staff

There’s a new Fawlty Towers in town

Makes Fawlty Towers look like the Ritz. No one on the desk at 10:45pm. Had to call a guy and wake him up twice. 30 minutes before he arrived. Key wouldn’t work first time. Breakfast poor. Gym antique equipment. Never again.

Stayed here a few times now, beds are always comfortable and rooms are good, food quite over priced but breakfast was terrible, dried hot choice, coffee machine that made half cups of like warm coffee. Juice as ok but orange never got refilled, fruit was good though. Shame really.
