Upon entering this beautiful hotel, you are greeted by all staff. They took care of the bags and met me at the room. They supplied me with two full bags of welcome snacks and drinks. That is not a typo, 2 FULL bags of snacks. It was amazing. Such a great surprise. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Chiang Mai, and I've been to this city many times. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. You must check out the pool during your stay. The hotel is walking distance to the night bazaar, 7/11, and many other convenient things to check out. I loved this place and everyone made my vacation much more enjoyable. I'll be back. Awesome job Empress Premier!

The breakfast lacked American variety, the bacon was raw and unappealing. The massage was average. There are two Empress hotels directly next to each other. At least half of the taxis and tours we went on went to the wrong one. There were very few restaurants near the hotels. The mixed drinks at the main bar were not very good and the selection of alcohol was very limited. The martinis were in the smallest martini glass I've ever seen. They give you a huge bag of goodies when you arrive.

The hotel was undergoing maintenance while I stayed there so it did not look its best. The staff were ok, they seemed exhausted or maybe tired of foreigners. I could not tell. Room service was perfect, laundry service was good too. Bathroom shower could be cleaner, toilet paper holder had a brown spec, 💩.
