A perfect place to stay in Old Town

We loved having Gord Chiang Mai as our home base while exploring the city. The rooms were modern, clean, with a big comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with good water pressure. The complementary breakfast that was included with our room was a great way to start each day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central and easy to walk to the Old Town temples during the day and the weekend night markets. Bonus there is a sweet and delicious chocolate shop across the street which we made a point to visit each afternoon. We will be back!

Nice hotel

The hotel was lovely - we had a huge room which was comfy and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast options were brilliant and delicious. The only downside for us was that we were recovering from food poisoning so spent a lot of time in our room during the day and there was building work happening next door which was very noisy. However it started at around 8.30am and was done by about 6pm so if you were out all day you wouldn’t notice! Good location with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops around.
