We were given a handicap room, I am not. However the door was extremely heavy and hard to open. The bednwas verybfurm while the pillow was not supportive. The pool ok, but the hot tub was more like a warm bath, and kids under 16 in it.

Room was good size and clean. Bathroom showed little more wear in areas and also zero outlets worked. Breakfast was comparable to free breakfast at a hotel, standard options. Decent for the price.

Average customer service at check in Buy 5:00 p.m. they were out of pool towels and would not give you any more. This resulted in many people just walking around the hotel dripping water everywhere. Not to be mean but I sure hope someone fell and sues them for this. Bad was pretty hard but acceptable No blankets on the bed only a sheet to cover up with. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not return

Very poor room layout. The cover of the hottub was broken and laying on floor. The thermostat was broken, but they did fix that while we were at dinner. The toilet was very hard to flush. As a whole, room was run down. We have stayed at same hotel in nearby town and the difference is monumental.
