The location is great for walking to Chicago attractions. Nice parking garages nearby. I would definitely stay there again! It is quite close to the hospital, so you may want to request a room on the other side or higher up, so the sirens don't wake you up.

It was a very noisy area, you can hear the ambulance at night, so it was a problem. When they clean the room you can notice that they did not clean the bathroom floor. We arrived at night, and the personal that day he was kind of rude, but it was just that they, the rest of the personal was very nice, and helpful.

The location was perfect! We had an amazing view of the city from our room. The lobby had all of the amenities we could need PLUS a Starbucks. And the concierge was knowledgeable and helpful.
