The location is great. It’s very close to Navy Pier and Michigan Ave. Hotel is quiet and family friendly with indoor parking garage accessible from the lobby.

I had an issue exiting the parking garage. I was never told there was a departure time for the garage on our last day. I had to pay extra when parking was already 62 dollars a day. We were at a national archery shoot at Navy Pier. The last bus did not arrive back at Doubletree till 7pm Sunday I feel like parking for guest should have extended knowing about the shoot as you were a host hotel. The buffet breakfast was not worth the price of admission. Other than those 2 items our stay was outstanding. I would say more selection for food at $30 per person for breakfast and do something about price of parking and you can get an excellent review from me every time. Thanks

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. I got sick my first night and had to go to the ED. The desk clerk, Edward, was so helpful and he even sent security up to my room to check on me while I waited for the paramedics. There’s a fantastic grocery store right next door, Whole Foods is across the street and there’s a Starbucks within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
