This beautiful, historic hotel is absolutely magical to step into. The lobby is magnificent and the entire hotel is gorgeous, decorated, and full of history. The rooms are lovely and functional. It is located right in the center of the city and a close walk to the museums and parks! The food, and little shops right in the hotel are convenient and add to the interest of your stay. Workers are so friendly and kind. There is a shoe shine on the first floor who walked me half a block from the hotel just to show me directions to a restaurant! Everyone is friendly and kind...we will be back... so fun, so beautiful, what a great cultural treasure in the heart of Chicago!!

Affordable Beautiful High-end Hotel

This place is top-notch. The staff actually want you in their hotel, it was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable. You need to order a coffee maker for your room, but one was delivered pretty quickly. And the TV does not cast so bring your casting device with you.
