Plenty to eat around the area, and at a decent part of the city. Check in was ok Bathroom and shower were ok Bedding was stained, and some looked like blood to me. Could be wrong on that front. Computer chair had quite a bit of wear, and the other chair looked like it has been stabbed with a fork/pin numerous times. The air conditioner fan ran, but the air was warm. We were going to make sure, but after running out for some drinks we discovered that it was way cooler out. We went to talk to the desk attendant about it, they couldn't get maintenance out, nor could they offer another room (no fault on their part, they were fully booked). She told me that I could get a refund through Expedia and go somewhere else, but the next available hotels were towns away at $600. So we made due. We couldn't sleep most of the night. I did find that throwing blankets and pillows on the floor near the air conditioner fan did make the temperature more comfortable for sleeping, the floor not so much. Phone for room didn't work either, tried calling desk about AC but had to run down to the desk instead.

Horrible !! Run!!

So booking the hotel was fairly easy and the pictures look legit. Usually red roof inn hotels are okay but this one in particular was horrible. Down too the roaches , the poop from dogs left behind, and the constant smell of pee and poop from animals . The staff is very careless and doesnt want to do anything to make it better. On the actual site it was mentioned that the room came with an refrigerator and microwave but was not inside the room and had to go all the way to the lobby to get ice . I stayed for 1 night & got anothet hotel the next day.

Motel was very dirty riddle with black mold and roaches everything was poorly cleaned and maintained. The staff is rude and nonchalant to the residents needs and concerns because they know the motel is dilapidated literally one rainy day from condemned. Do yourself a favor and stay in the motel 6 up the street I did and it’s night and day….I’m serious.

This is the 1st and last I stay at this hotel, the a/c wasn’t working, asked to change my room and they said no, the temp outside was 90F and we cant slept due to the room temp, had my two little kids with me.

You get what you pay for at a 2 star motel. Extremely outdated furniture and saw bugs in the bathroom. Bare minimum cleaning done.

It was cost effective but the staff were unfriendly, the property isnt in good shape and shows its age ... the rooms are clean but very very old and smell a bit. Notice some of the rooms are smoking rooms so be aware.

Was the worst hotel ive ever had to sleep in. Covers were stained it smelled like mildew the door look was broke. I slept with my shirt on the pillow case. No fridge or microwave. Just an horrible experience.

Most Despicable Hotel in Arlington Heights, IL

Hotel property unsafe and room was absolutely disgusting. The smell of weed was intolerable. Gnats in the room. Knob on A/C unit. Gang type people hanging around hotel property drinking moonshine and allowing pit bulls to roam in and out of rooms. Hotels.com needs to do a better job in vetting hotel properties prior to adding them to website.

We checked in around 12:30 AM, when we entered the experienced disgusting smell and old room bed, lights, chairs everything, they changed 2 rooms but still felt same, unfortunately at that time no other hotel has available so we had to stay in hotel with spraying my half bottle perfume. I would never recommend
