The Estate of Villa Febea is a historic residence dating back to the 1700s, originally used as a retreat for Cardinals and Bishops. Today, it offers a unique blend of history, charm, and modern comfort. The estate also features a beautiful consecrated church from the 1800s and has hosted notable guests, including Federico Fellini.

The property is accessed via a picturesque cypress-lined driveway and is set within 23 hectares of private grounds. Guests can enjoy walking paths throughout the estate and discover features such as a remarkable Etruscan grotto. The villa has been carefully restored to preserve its original character while offering all modern amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The main Villa that gives the name to the estate Villa Febea can host up to 24 adults in its 12 double bedrooms and includes a spacious sitting and dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms across several floors. A ground-floor bedroom is accessible and suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Upper floors include additional bedrooms and a cozy lounge with a veranda

In addition to the main villa, the estate includes two smaller independent villas that can accommodate additional guests, making the property ideal for large groups while still offering privacy. they can host up to 6 adults each

Each villa on the estate benefits from its own private outdoor space, and there are three separate swimming pools in total. Each pool can be heated on request ( price to be quoted upone request) and is reserved for the exclusive use of its respective villa, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The Estate of Villa Febea is located just five minutes drive from Chiusi, an ancient town of Etruscan origin, and Cetona, a charming medieval village . Its central location makes it ideal for day trips to Florence, Rome, Siena, and the wine regions of Montepulciano. The motorway is only five minutes away, and both coasts are reachable for day excursions.

Our private country estate

It was only for a week but living there was a pleasure. Nearby towns had lots of interesting places to visit and good restaurants. The house itself was well fitted especially the kitchen which suited self catering groups as there are no restaurants within walking distance for those who like to drink with their evening meal. We all enjoyed our stay.

Paradise in Tuscany

Stunning location, beautiful property and surroundings. Our party of 26 extended family members, aged 5 to 82 loved everything about our stay and didn't want to leave! The montepulciano wine tour was a highlight; Fausto's pizzas were delicious. Alice was amazing from first contact in December to the end of our stay; she was so helpful in the planning and delivery of all our requests and was always available to address any queries or problems that arose. Thank you so much to Alice and all the staff who made our holiday so memorable.

Amazing, lovingly restored villa that made a special holiday for us all to remember

The owner of Villa Febea (Jacopo) was always willing to help, from the first moment we contacted him when arranging our holiday to the very end of what was to be a fantastic holiday. We were a group of 3 children (1, 7 and 9 years) and 7 adults from 33-79 years. The villa was more than able to allow us all to spend time together comfortably and large enough to enjoy quite times walking in the lovely expansive grounds or finding a seating area to read. We have stayed in a few villas in The Tuscany/Umbrian region and all of us concluded that Villa Febea was in the best location to allow you to visit many areas of Umbria and Tuscany with ease being within 5 minutes away from the main road between Florence and Rome. Throughout our stay Jacopo was always on hand to offer help and advice which made our stay a real pleasure. Villa Febea has been lovingly restored over a period of 2 years by Jacopo to retain as much character as possible and his attention to detail provides exceptional quality. Jacopo and his staff were all very friendly when we saw them around the villa and they all took pride in their work to keep Villa Febea always looking its best. The facilities at the villa were amazing, their is everything you could want and we made good use of the kitchen equipment and BBQ preparaing for the many meals we enjoyed outside on the paved areas close to the villa throughout the day and night. The air conditioning throughout the villa made sleeping at night much more bearable given the exceptional high temperatures we experienced during our stay. The newly installed infinity swimming pool was enjoyed by all every day (and even some evenings) of the holiday to cool off from the hot Tuscan weather we enjoyed during our stay (35-40 degrees during the heatwave during our first week). The many sun loungers, chairs and parasols made sitting by the pool and admiring the views from the villa relaxing. Villa Febea is an amazing place and we all can not compliment Jacopo and his team enough for making this a holiday to remember and would like to wish them all the very best for the future. We would highly recommend staying at Villa Febea and hope one day to return to enjoy it again. Thank you Jacopo for making a really special holiday.
